Return & Exchange

To return an item, please check the eligibility of the return by reading our Return Policy first.

Step One: Locate Your Order Info

  1. Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so.
  2. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account.
  3. Locate the Order# on the following screen for the particular order you wish to return.
  4. Contact Customer Care with your Order# and your Account Information.

Step Two: Your Item's Original Packaging

The original packaging may contain bar code that helps us identify your items with your order so we can credit your account successfully. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. If an extreme circumstance comes up and you do not have the original packaging, please Contact Customer Service. In some instances, the return will be accepted even when the original packaging is no longer available. This is considered a courtesy for our wonderful customers.

Step Three: Your Shipping Box

You can use your original box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

Please mark and affix all appropriate notes and labels (if provided) as instructed by our customer service team.

Once the Fulfillment Center has received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. *Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
