SHIPPING

  • When will my order ship?

    We process all orders within 24 hours of working days once the payment has been received. The estimated shipping date and item availability are on the product page.
  • Do you ship internationally to my country?

    Yes, we do offer international shipping. To check if we offer shipping services to your country, please create an account by clicking the "My Account" tab at the top right-hand side of our site. In the account navigation, you will find an Address Book where you can enter your shipping address. We will be able to ship to your country if you're country is displayed in the Country drop-down list.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

RETURNS

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 90 days return period. Please click here to see our full Return Policy.
  • How do I return my product?

    Please send us a message here with the order number of the purchase you wish to return.
  • How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our return processing center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

ORDER STATUS

  • How do I check on the status of my order?

    Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account. A list of orders along with its status will be displayed.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Please contact the Customer Service Team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order by clicking here. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
  • How do I track my order?

    Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account section. A list of orders will be displayed. Click the "View Order" for the order you will like to track. If the order has been shipped, an "Order Shipments" button will be available which contains the tracking information of the shipment.
  • My order never arrived.

    Make sure to track your order first and to be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, kindly check with the shipping courier for the latest shipping status and/or to arrange alternative delivery methods. Please contact the Customer Service Team by clicking here if the status of your order shows “delivered” but has not been received.
  • An item is missing from my shipment.

    Make sure to track your order first and to be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Please contact the Customer Service Team by clicking here if the status of all items in the order shows “shipped” but was not received.

  • How do I create an account?

    Click the My Account tab at the top right hand side of our site.

    Click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT option and fill in your personal information and login credentials.

    Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy by clicking here for more information.

  • How do I edit my account information?

    Click the My Account tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the Account Information tab under the My Account section. Select and update the account information field you would like to edit.
  • I forgot my password.

    Click the My Account tab at the top right hand side of our site. Under the Password field, you'll see a link that says Forgot Your Password?. Click the link and proceed with filling in your e-mail address and clicking SUBMIT when prompted. A link to reset your password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address entered if an account with such an e-mail address is identified.

  • What are my payment options?

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    TrueMods.com is required by law to collect sales tax and the applicable taxes will be presented before completing the purchase. Contact us here if you or your party is exempted from paying sales tax.
  • How do I get a copy of the invoice?

    Click the My Account tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account section. A list of orders will be displayed. Click the "View Order" option for the order in question. If the order has been invoiced, a "Invoices" button will be available to access the invoice.
